“I view my role as a strategic partner when it comes to helping clients achieve their goals. I appreciate the passion clients have for their companies, and I share in their desire to work quickly and efficiently to grow their businesses.”
Sara started her career as a transactional lawyer at a major international law firm, where she advised corporations on a variety of matters, including securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and general corporate governance. Sara also has experience working for an Investment Advisor firm, where she works with clients, analyzes data and strategically makes investment decisions. This dual background allows her to anticipate client needs, analyze red flags in deals and investments and make sure your growing company remains compliant with all regulations.
Sara hopes to take the stress out of the legal work, so clients can focus on what is most important: their business, their brand, and achieving the growth they desire.
